Our conference centre is ideally located just 30 minutes from the heart of Derby and Stoke on Trent city centres, easily accessible from the A50 trunk road and just a short walk from Uttoxeter train station.
With a wide variety of room sizes available we cater for conferences from 2 to 2000 people. Each room with a fantastic view of the racecourse it is the ideal location for a conference worlds apart from the day to day bustle of the city.

Per Person Rates:
- Day Delegate Rate (including lunch): £36
- Half Day Delegate Rate (including lunch): £28
- Half Day Delegate Rate (excluding lunch): £20
Raceday Conferences
Per Person Rates:
- Starting from £130 plus VAT for an all-inclusive conference and racing package
- Full or half day conference in a private facility – with layout to suit your requirements
- Private facility with television
- Premier Enclosure admission badge
- Choice of silver service or informal dining
- A complimentary bar service (available until half an hour after the last race)
