Looking for things to do with the kids this May bank holiday? Bring everyone together for a family day out at Uttoxeter Racecourse, with exciting jumps racing and family entertainment to enjoy throughout the afternoon. Plus, kids go FREE!
Watch the horses and jockeys tackle the fences and hurdles, find your spot by the rails and cheer the runners home as the excitement builds. There's plenty to enjoy away from the track, too, making it a great opportunity to spend time together and introduce younger racegoers to the thrill of a day at the races.
Picnics can also be enjoyed in the centre course. Please note that alcohol is not permitted in picnic areas.
There's more to a family fun day than just the racing. We're planning family entertainment to give younger visitors plenty to look forward to while the grown-ups enjoy the atmosphere.
Further details will be announced once the entertainment programme is confirmed. Please check which activities carry an additional charge before your visit.
A day at the races is a chance for the whole family to enjoy something different. Watch the jumps racing together, explore the entertainment and take a break with refreshments between races.
With open spaces to explore and the racing close at hand, Uttoxeter offers a welcoming setting for a family day out. Whether you're regular racegoers or planning your first visit, there's plenty to enjoy together.
Under 18s go FREE making it a great value day out!
Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
